I’ve posted this recipe before. There are different variations that I make. This smoothie is so super satisfying and gives me energy for the entire day! 👊🏼 The basic ingredients are listed below:
1 c frozen mango
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1 date
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chlorella
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder of choice
2 tsp chia seeds
Small handful of almonds or cashews
Enough water to cover (I just eyeball it) or you can use Coconut water
Sometimes I throw in a leaf or 2 of kale
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
