Good morning all. Check out this delicious smoothie bowl recipe for an energized morning!
Berries & Fig Smoothie Bowl 🍌
1 frozen banana
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/4 cashews (preferably soaked for a few hours beforehand)
2 fresh black mission figs
6 blackberries fresh or frozen
1 tbsp chia
About 1.5 cups of water
1 tbsp coconut milk or cream
1 tsp hemp seeds
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and spend until thick and smooth. Garnish with extra hemp seeds and any additional fruit . Coconut flakes would be a great topping as well.
