I was craving protein but didn’t know what I was in the mood for… I made this smoothie and it totally satisfied me! 😋
Super Satisfying Spinach Smoothie 🌱🍓🍌💚
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 large handful of spinach
3/4 c water
3/4 c almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp soy lecithin (non GMO)
1/2 tsp maca powder (opt)
1 tsp lucuma powder (opt)
1 tsp spirulina powder (opt)
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and slowly turn up the speed to high, blend until smooth and creamy. For a sweeter version you can add 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup but I like it more neutral and not as sweet.
