Homemade Gluten-Free Pizza 🍕
1 package of gluten-free pizza dough (I bought mine at the health food store)
1/4 -1/2 brick of Daiya vegan cheese
1 tomato sliced thin
1/4 c tomato paste
3 large mushrooms sliced thin
1/4 red pepper sliced thin
3 tbsp olive oil
A few sprays of fresh basil and oregano

Set the oven to 400° and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the dough onto a baking tray (you can use non GMO cornstarch so it doesn’t stick to your hands). Flatten the dough and make it as thin as you like, I like thinner dough. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and then spread the tomato paste as evenly as possible. Add the cheese, mushrooms, peppers and herbs. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Leave it in for a few more minutes on broil for a crispier pizza. Slice it up and serve with some arugula and your favourite sprouts.
