Anyone want to learn how to make Tigernut Milk?? It’s my newest obsession and it’s not even a nut, it’s actually from the tuber family which are known as root vegetables. They have numerous health benefits such as being high in good fats. They are allergen free and also contain something called resistant starch which is a prebiotic that feeds the good bacteria in your gut.
