Blueberry Mango Smoothie
1 1/2c water or coconut water
1/2c frozen mango
1/2c frozen blueberries
1 heaping tbsp almond butter or small handful of almonds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds (you can blend in fresh chia seeds OR soak them in water overnight and pour them in the glass first and then the smoothie on top, your choice)
1/2tsp cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder of choice
Place ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. YUM!
